There are no oral or other agreements of the Parties hereto and this Agreement constitutes full and complete understanding and agreement between the client and Renee Keeton/SIMPLY FOCUSED STUDIOS Photography.      Renee Keeton/SIMPLY FOCUSED STUDIOS  Photography agrees to provide photography services at the times and requested locations specified under "Date, Location, and Time". Payment is due at the time of the portrait session. Renee Keeton/SIMPLY FOCUSED STUDIOS  Photography agrees to provide black and white hand printing services and digital editing services at the Photographer's current rates for up to one (1) year following the date of the portrait session.  Renee Keeton/SIMPLY FOCUSED STUDIOS  Photography welcomes the Client to express their preferences with regard to the portrait photography.  However, the Client agrees to let Renee Keeton/SIMPLY FOCUSED STUDIOS Photography choose the best photographic methods and abide by the photographer's decision. All images and copyrights are the property of Renee Keeton/SIMPLY FOCUSED STUDIOS Photography.  Renee Keeton/SIMPLY FOCUSED STUDIOS Photography retains the right to sell, copy, display, and/or publish any/all images created under this agreement, to the general public, for any reason, including but not limited to:  advertising, marketing, sales, print competitions, educational seminars, and monetary gain.  The mediums for display could include newspapers, magazines, books, television, and the internet, but are not limited to only those mediums.  The Photographer retains these rights even if negatives or image files are turned over to the Client. The Client agrees to limit use of the photographs for family and friends only.  Photographs may not be reproduced by any means, or used for any other purpose without the expressed written consent of Renee Keeton/SIMPLY FOCUSED STUDIOS Photography.  Any use for general public or for monetary gain will be considered copyright infringement.  The Client must obtain written permission from Renee Keeton/SIMPLY FOCUSED STUDIOS Photography and compensate Renee Keeton/SIMPLY FOCUSED STUDIOS Photography prior to the Client or their friends and family publishing or selling the photographs for profit. This Agreement is not to be construed as an employment agreement in any way.  Renee Keeton/SIMPLY FOCUSED STUDIOS Photography functions as an independent contractor.
