Good Morning Francine,
 
I want to express my sorrow over the Satsuma Tea Pot set that you purchased from me getting broken en transit to you. Fragile was written ALL OVER THE BOX! Accidents happen. 
 
I called my Post Office where I mailed it from, and the Post Master, Connie,  informed me that you may need this receipt for the insurance that I am holding. We can do this one of two ways, I can make a copy and mail the original to you, OR you can print the copy of this email, with the shots of the receipt  that I am enclosing below and see if your Post Office will accept it. Connie told me to tell you to take it to your nearest Post Office, in the box. There should not be a problem to get the insurance value back.
 
There is $50 worth of insurance on this item. I will be glad to replace the additional $8 that was not insured. I had several items to ship that day, and for some reason, I only placed $50 worth of insurance on it. I will send you a check for that amount immediately, unless you have Paypal; I can send the money to you via Paypal today. Let me
know how you want me to proceed to refund your $8 that is not insured.
 
I have taken pictures of the front and the back of the insurance receipt and you should be able to print them for proof. Please let me know if you encounter ANY PROBLEMS. I will do everything that I can from this end.

Be sure and let me know if I need to make a copy of this and send you the original insurance receipt.
