When you choose SFS to design and build YOUR web site, YOU own it!

After the balance is paid, you can take it and host it where ever you

wish.  Be sure and Don't forget to Register your Domain name yearly.

This is very important to remember to do. This is YOUR web presence.

IF you don't register it, then anyone else can 'walk in', pay for the

registration that is  due, and acquire YOUR name and YOUR customers!

Phase 1-Design/Build

This part takes about 2-3 weeks to complete, depending on your individual needs.

I customize all of your web site pages, write the html, write the copy for the pages, & create the informational forms for your site. You will have several email accounts that come with your new web site. This includes sitting down with you and understanding the entire scope of your services that you offer. The better that I understand your business services, the more exact 'copy' that I can write for the content on your web pages. The web pages are your online �storefront� for the World Wide Web.

This Phase alone is normally $700 to $1000 for 5 pages, without our BasicWebTM Package pricing.

 

Phase 2-Photography

They say that a picture is worth a thousand words! Show the world the benefits of WHAT you do. Taking BEFORE & AFTER pictures, allows the public to see for themselves the difference that your company can make in their environment. I am also an award winning professional photographer and I include the initial photography as part of my service to you in the BasicWebTM package pricing as an Introductory Special. This offer is good up to 10 shots a month to switch out on your WebPages for local jobs.

[I do have to charge a minimal 'trip fee' to cover the gas for jobs outside of the local area around and near Woodstock, normally$25 per trip]

This phase alone is $50 an hour, taking the pictures and editing them for the web restriction for size, without our BasicWebTM package pricing.

 

Phase 3-Registration of Domain name & Web site Hosting

The http://www.yourbusiness.com  [YOUR web address is called the Domain name]

 

This is when you actually will have a web address that clients can type  and go to online. You must have this in order to 'publish' the pages that are created for your website to be uploaded to. Otherwise, it is like a vacant lot.

This part has a fixed cost of $150 a year, including your domain name registration or domain transfer. It is like rent, for a year at a time. Great bargain.
It is prepaid for a year at a time.

There is a $25 Domain name registration EACH YEAR after the first year to ensure that YOUR name REMAINS YOURS!

Phase 4-Publishing your website!

You can be online and in business within a few weeks from when you finally make the decision to go online! The web pages that have been custom created for your business will have an address on the World Wide Web to call HOME! YOU ARE ONLINE!

This PHASE alone is $200 for a 5 page web site without our BasicWebTM Package pricing.

 

Now that you are up and running, what happens now? Just HOW do people locate you? Hopefully, you already have a clientele that knows where you are and what services you can offer them. If not......then you need to issue a PRESS RELEASE so that NEW clients can find out about you. Simply Focused Studios will be happy to include the writing and the publishing of this. But is that enough?.....

There are several web master 'tricks' that aide in getting YOUR new website noticed on the World Wide Web, of the millions of pages available! Ask Renee for more details.

 

 

OPTIONAL-

Phase 5-Maintenance

of the web site is a seperate fee and is only available will with the BasicWebTM Package* and will cost $75 a month

             The maintenance involved for a website includes:

. Submitting your web address to the major Search Engines for promotion of your web site, so that when some one is looking for a business like yours, it will come up on the first pages of a "search" done by your future clients.

. Meta tags are required to be submitted monthly for high placement in the search engines. This monthly maintenance service is to ensure that you get exposure to all the potential clientele that a web site can bring you! You want your future clients to be able to find you!

 . Simply Focused Studios is available to take your before and after shots, [see Renee for more details] OR you can supply me with your digital shots, of your changes over the year and I will update your web-pages each month as part of the BasicWebTM Maintenance Agreement.

THIS PHASE can run from $75 to $150 a month, depending on the amount of pages and the amount of pictures that need updating.

 

*Without the introductory BasicWebTM Package Pricing, it is $10 per picture to resize and change them out).

 

Our introductory BasicWebTM Package Price includes-completion of all Phases, including but not limited to:

1. Discuss/Design

2. Build layout/Insert your copy

3. Publishing your web site online within 30 days from date of deposit.

4. Purchasing your Web address

5. Registering OR Transferring your Domain name

6. Setting up your email addresses

7. Upload & resizing additional pictures of your shots to your website

and the editing, color enhancement, etc. that goes along with it!

Individually, when you add all of the phases together, you can spend well over $1500 to $2500 for your website, just to get a web presence! With our BasicWebTM package pricing, the cost is MUCH less! I am willing to complete ALL PHASES and have you up

and online within 15-30 days, from date of deposit for a 5-10 page Website, for the special low

 $ 1200  for the Basic Web Package price.

THIS IS YOUR WEBSITE! YOU WILL RECEIVE A CD WITH THE

FULL WEBSITE INCLUDED ON IT.

All you will do from then on is watch the extra money roll in because of your Web presence!!
